The ZUZU Mobile App provides the convenience of being able to manage the basic and most crucial functions of your hotel while on the go. This article provides an overview of how to navigate within the app.
There are four main tabs within the ZUZU Mobile app - Availability, Reservations, Notifications, and More.
Navigation within the app
Look for the Hamburger icon in the top left corner of the app. Clicking on it will produce a slideout which contain the following functions:
- Select hotel from the drop down menu (only applicable to Users who manage multiple hotels);
- Change the language used in the app;
- Log out
Other navigation functionalities will be released in later versions. 
Logging in and out
Logging into the app is the same as logging into the web version of HMS. You should use the same log-in ID and password.
To log out of the app, click on the hamburger icon on the top left hand corner of the app then select “Log-out”. 
Availability
The availability tab is the section where users can manage room availability by date and by room type. This is also where users can apply or remove a stop-sell for a specific date or room type. 
Reservations
The reservation tab contains the reservations list and provides several filtering and sorting options. From this section, users can click into the extended booking card to update the status of bookings. 
Notifications
The notifications tab displays the latest booking activity for the hotel, including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and no-shows.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping can be found by clicking on the 'More' tab.
The Housekeeping tab lists the current conditions of each room at the property. There are several ways to filter and sort the rooms, depending on how users would like to use the information.
- Sort the list by the Room Type or Notes
- Filter room by Room Status (Turnover, Check-out, Stay-over, Check-in)
- Filter room by Vacant or Dirty Rooms (Vacant Clean, Vacant Dirty, Occupied Dirty)
