The reservations tab in the ZUZU mobile app contains a list view of all the reservations for a hotel. It provides a quick and easy way for a hotel user to easily see which guests are arriving, departing and staying over for the current day. Users can also easily identify guests who are currently in-house. 


Buttons at the top of the screen allow users to focus on information they need. For example, clicking on Arrivals will display only bookings with today’s Check-in date, and clicking on Stay-overs will show bookings that had checked in prior to today and will continue to stay over in the hotel tonight. If none of the buttons are clicked, bookings will be sorted by arrival date in reverse chronological order, starting with today.

The list view provides essential booking information including booking status, guest name, dates, room type and rate plan and the Net amount to the hotel. By clicking on a booking, users can access an extended booking card that provides additional details, such as the Channel, Room number, Cancellation Policy, Booking notes and Modification change log. In the additional booking card, the booking status can be updated as necessary. 


Users have the option to sort the list view in three ways: 

  • By Arrival date
  • By Check-out date
  • By Booked date

By default, bookings are sorted in reverse chronological order.

Search for a specific booking using the 'search name or booking channel ID' feature. Tap on the magnifying glass icon located above the reservations list, and then type in either the guest's name, the booking channel ID, or the ZUZU Room number.

Users can also create manual bookings for offline and direct reservations from the app, by tapping on the '+' (plus) icon. The 'Manual booking entry' page contains mandatory traveller and booking information that must be filled.
