The booking card in the ZUZU Mobile App contains all the important information of a booking, including the traveller details, traveller folio, booking details, and other additional booking's information such as the cancellation policy, booking notes, and the log that records any modification made to the booking.
It can be found both in the Reservations list in the Reservations tab and from the Notifications list in the Notifications tab.
Update Booking Status, Traveller Details, and Traveller Folio
Users can update the booking status, modify or complete traveller details, and manage traveller folio by recording or modifying traveller payments and charges, directly from the Booking Card in the app.
1. To update the booking status: open a booking and tap on one of the options below the guest's name to update the booking status.
2. To edit traveller details: open a booking, tap on the hamburger icon at the top right of the page, and select 'Edit traveller details'.
*Any changes made to the booking will be recorded in the modifications log. If the booking is currently still in 'Confirmed' status, it will be updated to 'Confirmed-Modified'.
Aside from changing the details, users can also input traveller details for additional guests under the same booking. Additional traveller details are limited by the booking's guest count. In this example, with 2 registered guests, only one more guest's details can be added.
3. To manage traveller folio: open a booking, tap on the hamburger icon at the top right of the page, and select 'Traveller Folio'. Tap the plus '+' icon to add or modify guest payments and charges, which will be reflected in the traveller folio.
Additional Booking Details
Scroll down to find the additional information of the booking.
- Cancellation policy: This section provides information about the current cancellation policy status of the booking at the specific point in time.
- Booking notes: This section contains additional information regarding the booking and the guest. It can include specific requests, preferences, or other details.
Users can also directly add and delete notes from the app. To add notes in the app, tap the '+' icon on the Booking Card, enter the notes, and save. To delete the notes, simply tap the delete icon.
- Booking modifications: This section keeps record of changes that have been applied to the booking.
