If guests need to modify their reservation, they should contact the hotel directly. Hotel users can make the modifications in HMS. Guests are not able to make modifications from the booking engine yet. 

If the new booking value is higher than the original booking value, an automated email will be sent to the guest asking them to top up the difference. If the booking value is less than the original amount, they will receive a refund. 

All modifications will follow the associated cancellation policies. Therefore, if a booking is modified after the cancellation deadline of 100%, and the new booking value is lower than the original, the guest will not receive a refund.
