Question: How do I retrieve guest credit card details?

Answer: Credit card details can be retrieved through the booking card.


Accessing The Booking Card through Reservations Calendar

In the Reservations calendar, click on a booking to open the booking card.




Accessing The Booking Card through All Reservations

In All reservations, click on a booking to open the booking card.

Important Things to Note:

  • Credit card details are only available up to 48 hours after check-out.
  • CVV is only available if hotel has set up policy in OTA Extranet to ask customers for CVV at time of booking.
  • CVV (if available) can only be viewed up to 3x.
  • Only accessible by Hotel Manager, Front Desk and Hotel Back office users.
  • OTP is triggered to the mobile number registered under the user’s profile in HMS. To check or update mobile number.
  1. Go to the Profile page.
  2. View mobile no. and update if required.


View Customer Credit Card Details

1. Click on the credit card icon.


2. Check your mobile phone – OTP has been sent to your number.


3. Back on the booking card screen, enter OTP in the pop-up box and hit “Submit”.


4. Credit card details are now displayed. Select “Click to view CVV” to see the 3-digit CVV code.


5. CVV details are now displayed.
