This report provides an overview of the hotel's performance by various channels. It includes performance metrics like the number of room nights, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Gross Room Revenue for a specific date range. By default, it displays this data on a daily basis, but it can also be adjusted to aggregate the performance metrics by week, month, quarter, year, or a custom period.

Users can choose to view the data based on its Booked Date or Stay Date, by clicking on the respective tabs at the top of the Room nights chart.

1. Booked Date: Data sorted by Booked Date will show the bookings which were created on those dates.

2. Stay Date: Data sorted by Stay Date will show the bookings which stayed at the property on those dates/nights.

This report is divided into two main sections. Charts are displayed at the top half of the page, while the bottom half contains data tables.

Charts:

(1) Room nights by Booked/Stay date chart

(2) Room nights distribution in percentages by Booked/Stay date chart

(3) Gross revenue distribution in percentages by Booked/Stay date chart

Data Tables:

(4) Channel Production by Booked/Stay date

(5) Channel Production Monthly by Booked/Stay date

(6) Channel Production Totals by Booked/Stay date

(1) The Room Nights by Booked/Stay date chart shows the total room nights in stacked bar charts, grouped by the booking channel name(s) and the dates (Booked or Stay Date).

(2) The Room Nights distribution in percentages by Booked/Stay date chart shows the total room nights in percentages in stacked bar charts, grouped by the booking channel name(s) and the dates (Booked or Stay Date).

For example, according to the percentage of bookings booked on 1 Jan 2024, Agoda has the highest share of the room nights (43%).

(3) The Gross revenue distribution in percentages by Booked/Stay date chart shows the percentage of revenue of bookings which were booked through each channel, on each date period.

For example, the highest gross revenue by percentage share (48%) was generated from Booking.com on 1 Jan 2024.

(4) The Channel Production (by Booked/Stay Date) table displays the data by day, and groups the rows by Booked Date or Stay Date, along with the corresponding channel names from which the bookings were made, for the selected date range.

(5) The Channel Production Monthly (by Booked/Stay Date) table displays the data by month, according to the dates selected.

For example, if the selected dates are 1 Jan to 9 Jan 2024 and bookings were received from the channels Booking.com, Traveloka, and Ctrip, there will be 3 rows of data in the table and the data will reflect aggregated metrics under "Jan 2024", containing the data from 1 Jan to 8 Jan 2024.

(6) The Channel Production Totals (by Booked/Stay Date) table displays the aggregated metrics for the entire date range selected, grouped by the channel names.

For example, if the selected dates are 1 Jan to 9 Jan 2024 and bookings were received from just two channels, Booking.com and Traveloka, there will be two rows of total data. The first row shows the total aggregated metrics from 1 Jan to 8 Jan 2024 for Booking.com. The second row shows the total aggregated metrics from 1 Jan to 8 Jan 2024 for Traveloka.
