The amount of information on the ZUZU Payments page can make it seem difficult to navigate. That is why we have built the Filter function, so that it is easier for users to narrow down your searches.

Just click on the funnel icon at the top right corner of the ZUZU Payments page to expand the section.

The most common filters used are:

  • Invoice number - This is useful when looking for a specific invoice, especially if it is in the Completed Invoices section as there can be many of them.

  • Channel booking or ZUZU confirmation number - When looking up the payment status for a specific booking but you don’t know which invoice it belongs to.

  • Check-in date - Useful for checking if you have received or paid for the invoice for all the bookings which stayed at your hotel during a specific period.

  • Channel - Used in conjunction with Check-in date, useful for looking up all the bookings from a specific channel within a specific time period.

  • Booking Status - Check if and how much you have been charged for No Show bookings, or bookings with other statuses. We highlight No Shows here because hotels often end up paying unnecessary commissions when they are not marked before the deadline within 48 hours of the check-in date. To understand more about No Shows, read this article.
