This is a list of bookings whose status do not correspond with what is expected based on the check-in date.
For example, if today is 15 April, a booking with check-in date of 14 April that is still in Confirmed status will be listed here because it should be in Checked-in or No Show status.
All bookings on this list with check-in dates which have passed, will be automatically checked in on the date when your hotel’s invoice is generated, and the hotel will be charged for them.
Therefore, it is important to ensure that the booking statuses are always the most updated in order to receive accurate invoices. It is particularly important to update a booking as No Show if a guest did not arrive on the expected check-in date. To learn more about marking bookings as No Show, refer to this article.
ZUZU generates invoices based on the check-in date of bookings, and not the check-out date. Hence, it is possible that the invoice received by the hotel contains bookings which were checked in more than 2 days ago, but whose guests are still in-house with a check-out date in the future.
