The booking card can be viewed across HMS on any page that allows you to click on individual bookings to see more full details (eg. Dashboard, Reservations calendar and All Reservations, Accounting reports), which include:

  1. Booking and acknowledgement status.
  2. Traveller and booking details.
  3. Net amount to hotel.
  4. Traveller folio summary.
  5. Channel folio summary.
  6. Booking notes, cancellation policy, modification log.

Booking cards allow users to:


Accessing the Booking Card through the Reservations Calendar

In the Reservations calendar, click on a booking to open the booking card.
