The Reservations calendar supports front-desk operations, by allowing users to manage:

  • Room allocations.
  • Guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Traveller payments.
  • Channel payments.



 

Actions You Can Take in The Reservations Calendar

  1. Reallocate a booking from one room to another.
  2. Split a booking (more than 1 night) across multiple different rooms.
  3. Open and interact with booking cards which allow users to: 
    1. Check-in & check-out guest.
    2. View and edit Traveller details and room allocations.
    3. Print Booking Details, Registration Card and Traveller Folio.
    4. Manage Traveller folio, Payments and Deposits.
    5. Manage Channel payments.
    6. View other - Cancellation policy, Modification logs and add Booking notes.
  4. Add a new (manual) booking.
