Question: Can I make Bulk/Multiple (group) bookings for one reservation?

Answer: Yes, you can. Bulk or Multiple bookings can be manually created from the All Reservations page, the Reservations Calendar page, or the ZUZU Mobile App.


Option 1: All Reservations and Reservations Calendar pages

Creating Bulk or Multiple bookings in both pages has the same steps.

1. Complete all of the traveller and booking details in the Manual booking entry form.

2. To create Bulk or Multiple bookings for one reservation, fill in the Rooms count field with the number of rooms to be booked.


3. In the Room details section, users must manually enter the details for each room.

For example: if users type in 5 in the Rooms count fields, users have to manually select all details for each room (Room 1, Room 2, Room 3, Room 4, and Room 5).


4. If all compulsory fields have been filled, select one of the check-in options provided. Only choose "Save for future check-in" if the bookings are made through phone reservation or offline travel agent.


5. Bulk or Multiple bookings are indicated with the linkage icon next to the traveller's name. Click on the icon to open other bookings made under the same reservation.

Note: Since bulk bookings are made under one reservation, the bookings will share the same Booking ID, with the last two digits indicating the number of bookings registered under that reservation.



Option 2: ZUZU Mobile App

1. In the Reservations tab, tap on the '+' icon.

2. Complete all of the details on the Manual booking entry page. For Bulk bookings, fill in the Rooms count field with the number of rooms to be booked under one reservation.


3. In the Room details section, users must manually enter the details for each room.

For example: if users type in 5 in the Rooms count fields, users have to manually select all details for each room (Room 1, Room 2, Room 3, Room 4, and Room 5).


4. If all of the mandatory fields have been completed, select one of the check-in options provided. Only choose "Save for future check-in" if the bookings are made through phone reservation or offline travel agent.

5. The manual bulk bookings have been created. These bookings are registered under one reservation and share the same Booking ID number. The last two digits of the Booking ID indicates the room count.
