When you mark a direct booking as a no-show in HMS, you will have the option of either following the no-show policy or to waive the no-show penalty. If you would like to waive the penalty, simply click on “waive amount” after clicking on “No show”. (More info here.)  

You will not be able to refund a non-refundable booking or a booking for which the cancellation deadline has passed.  

In a later version of payment gateway, hotels will have the ability to modify or waive the cancellation policies on bookings.
