An error message in Traveller Payments is returned in these situations:


1. When the Traveller Payment amount is > than the Owed Amount

2. When the Refund amount is > than the Settled Amount 

3. When the booking has a 0.00 balance and is in Cancelled, No Show or Checked-out status
