In the below example, today is 23 Sep (Mon). The weekly report covers hotel performance last week (16 Sep – 22 Sep), and shows:

  1. On the books room nights and revenue as of the end of last week (Sun – 22 Sep), for stay this week and the following 3 weeks.
  2. Actualized (completed stay) room nights and revenue for stay from 1 – 22 Sep, and what is on the books as of end of 22 Sep for stay for the rest of the month (23 Sep – 30 Sep), and for future months.
  3. Room nights and revenue picked up last week for stay this week and the following 3 weeks.
  4. Room nights and revenue picked up last week for stay from 1– 22 Sep, the rest of the month, and for future months.

See Reports from Earlier Weeks

By default, the Weekly report covers performance in the last week. To see earlier reports,

  1. Click on the selected date range.
  2. In the calendar dropdown, hover on the week of choice and you’ll see all dates in the week highlighted in grey. Click on this date range.
  3. Report is now refreshed to show performance in the selected week.
    • Note that the Weekly report is only refreshed every Monday morning, and is a static report showing data as of the end of last week. This means that if today is 25 Sep, and a user selects to view the Weekly report for 9 Sep – 15 Sep, data in the report is as of end of day 15 Sep and is identical to when the user first viewed it on 16 Sep.
