At check-out, we advise you to ask for your guest to share their feedback about their stay at your property through guest reviews. Authentic testimonials from guests are valuable for both your property and future guests. Through guest reviews, property can consistently make improvements and positive feedback can attract more potential guests in the future.


Agoda:

1. On the ‘More’ tab, select ‘My reviews’.

2. Find the completed booking listed under ‘Reviews in Progress’. Tap on the 'Complete my review' button to finish the review.

3. The guests can choose to share the reviews for other guests to see by tapping on the ‘Yes’ button.

4. Fill out the star rating for each criteria. Select the ‘Type of travellers’ from the drop-down menu and fill in the reviews. Tap on the ‘Submit My Review’ button to submit the review.


Booking.com:

1. On the ‘Bookings’ tab, find the completed bookings listed under the ‘Past’ selection. Tap on ‘Rate and review your stay’.

2. Rate the property for each criteria.

3. Select the purpose of your trip and type of traveller from the drop-down menus, and then tap on the 'Continue' button.

4. Fill in the reviews and guests can also add some photos. Tap on the ‘Finish’ button to submit the review.


Expedia:

1. On the ‘Account’ tab, select ‘Reviews’.

2. Tap on the recently completed booking to leave the review.


Tiket.com:

1. On the ‘Account’ tab, select ‘Your Reviews’.

2. Find the awaiting bookings to be reviewed listed under ‘Your Review’. Tap on the booking to leave the review.

3. Fill out the star rating for each criteria. Tap ‘Send’ to submit the review.


Traveloka:

On the ‘Bookings’ tab, select ‘Rate your recent experience’.

*The ‘Rate your recent experience’ feature will only be visible to guests who have just finished booking. If guests decide to leave a review later, they will need to check their email.



Trip:

1. On the ‘Account’ tab, select ‘Awaiting review’

2. Tap on the recently completed booking to leave the review.
