A single reservation with multiple rooms, or bulk bookings, can be created for guests who are travelling in a group.


Creating bulk bookings, suitable for group travel, follows similar steps to making single reservations (both in the All Reservations page or the Reservations Calendar page). Simply adjust the Room count field to reflect the required number of rooms for the travel party.


For example, if a group of 10 guests, with 2 per room, needs accommodation, enter '5' in the Room count field to indicate the need for 5 rooms.

This automatically updates the Room details section with a list of 5 rooms, numbered from Room 1 to Room 5. The room type, room number/name, rate plan and guest count need to be individually updated for each of the rooms for the booking to be completed.

Once all mandatory fields have been filled, select a check-in option. 



Confirmed reservations with multiple rooms are identifiable by a chain icon on the booking card. Clicking on the icon reveals other ZUZU room IDs associated with the same reservation. Clicking on the ZUZU room ID will allow the user to access the booking card for that room. 



Bookings under the same reservation can also be identified by the Booking ID. Each booking under the same reservation shares a common Booking ID, where the last two digits represent the room count.

Cancel All or Some Bookings from Bulk/Multiple Bookings

Bookings can be cancelled as long as the check-in date has not passed and the booking status is still “Confirmed”. To cancel bulk bookings, users can choose between two options:

  1. Cancel all linked bookings: This will cancel all bookings made under this reservation.
  2. Cancel only some of the linked bookings: This will cancel only the selected bookings made under this reservation. Select the booking(s) to be cancelled by ticking the box.
