Upon check-out, a printed traveller folio can be given to the guest. The traveller folio contains information about the guest’s stay, including booking information (guest name, check-in and out dates, room number), hotel charge details (room charges, tax and fees, service), and payment details (deposit, payments, balance). It also includes the hotel's general information.
Selected information, which can be determined by the hotels, can be included or excluded from the Traveller Folio print-out.
Elements that can be shown or hidden:
- Hotel’s phone number
- Hotel’s email address
- Tax and fees percentage values (not the calculated amounts)
- Signature box (for both Hotel and Guest signatures)
To show or hide these elements in the Traveller Folio print-out, please contact the ZUZU Support team to let them know your preferences.
The hotel logo appears on all guest-facing communications, including the ZUZU-enabled booking engine, guest emails, registration card, booking details and traveller folio print-outs. It is a crucial component for a property’s branding.
