The same booking status changes which are available in the desktop version of HMS are also available in the ZUZU Mobile app.
Where applicable, the buttons will appear in the extended booking card.
A. Mark a booking as No-Show
i. Marking a booking as no-show without waiving the cancellation charges
ii. Marking a booking as a no-show and waiving the cancellation charges
B. Cancel a manual booking
C. Check in a booking
D. Check out a booking
E. Revert a cancellation
To revert a cancelled booking, today's date must not be later than the check-in date on the booking
F. Revert a Check-in
To revert a checked-in booking to confirmed status, today's date must not be later than the check-in date on the booking.
G. Revert a Check-out
To revert a checked-out booking to checked-in status, today's date must not be later than the check-out date on the booking.
