Each property has a dedicated Telegram group for quick direct communication with the ZUZU Support Team. The link to the property’s Telegram group can be found in the top-right corner of the HMS page.
Just like other messaging apps, Telegram enables users to send messages and group invites. To avoid unwanted messages or group additions, users can adjust their privacy settings within the app.

Q: I have followed the steps above, but I’m still receiving group invites from unknown contacts. Why is this happening?
A: This may be because you are using an iOS/Mac device without a Telegram Premium subscription.
iOS
Mac
If you’re a free Telegram user, setting ‘Who Can Add Me’ to ‘Nobody’ only restricts non-Premium users from adding you to unsolicited group chats. Unfortunately, Premium Users can't be blocked from adding you to group chats, even if you choose the 'Nobody' option in your privacy settings. This is not a limitation for users on Android.
Q: Is there a way to fully prevent unknown users from adding me to groups without a Telegram Premium subscription if I use an iOS/Mac device?
A: No, if you’re on iOS or Mac, the only way to fully prevent this is by upgrading to a Telegram Premium subscription.
Q: How can I subscribe to Telegram Premium?
A: To have a Premium subscription, visit this link: https://t.me/premium
