From Computer
Go to “Reviews”, so that you can reply to guest reviews on your Business Profile. “All” is for all the reviews from the guests appearing on your Business Profile.
“Replied” is for all the reviews from the guests that are replied.
“Haven’t Replied” is for all the reviews from the guests that haven’t been replied.
Click “Reply” to post a response to guest reviews.
Reply the Reviews by clicking “Post Reply”.
This is the appearance of the Replied Reviews on GMB.
From Android
Tap Reviews.
For the review you'd like to reply to, tap Reply.
Edit your reply: On your reply, tap More > Edit.
Delete your reply: On your reply, tap More > Delete.
Report an inappropriate review: On the reply you want to report, tap More Report.
From iPhone & iPad
Tap Reviews.
For the review you'd like to reply to, tap Reply.
Edit your reply: On your reply, tap More > Edit.
Delete your reply: On your reply, tap More > Delete.
Report an inappropriate review: On the reply you want to report, tap More Report.
Reply the Reviews by clicking “Reply”.
