If ZUZU created this Agoda listing for you, you may go to this link, and input your “OTA Extranet” email address defined during onboarding.
Choose email as a method to get One Time Passcode (OTP), go back to your email, and you will receive the OTP.
When you successfully log in to Agoda extranet, go to “Manage” and “Reviews”, so that you can manage and reply to guest reviews.
Click “Respond to this review” to post a response to guest reviews.
