Every time a guest sends you a review on Agoda, you will receive an email notification on the “OTA Extranets” email address defined during onboarding with ZUZU.

To reply, you need to log into your Agoda extranet account. You can use the same log-in details that you had before joining ZUZU. If ZUZU had created your existing listing on Agoda, you will be able to log in using the “OTA Extranets” email address defined during onboarding with ZUZU. Please contact the ZUZU Support Team if this is not the case.
