The Guest Report contains key guest information such as traveller details (first name, last name, email, mobile number, country, nationality, passport/ID, date of birth), room details (room type, room number, ZUZU room ID, channel booking ID), check-in and check-out date, booking and payment statuses. This document is submitted as part of a legal requirement in some countries. It does not contain any data on room rates.
The Guest Report can be found under the Operations Reports tab in HMS. On the left hand navigation pane, find "Operations Reports" > "Guest Report".
The report can be generated for a single date, or across a range of dates. It includes all check-ins, check-outs and stays which coincide with the selected date(s).
e.g. A booking with check-in date of 15 May and check-out date of 17 May will appear on the reports of 15, 16 and 17 May.
It lists all travellers whose details have been keyed into HMS, even if they are not the main traveller. There is an option to only include the main traveller in the report. The report then can be downloaded in both excel and/or pdf format.
