Every time a guest sends you a message on Expedia, you will receive an email notification on the “OTA Extranets” email address defined during your onboarding with ZUZU.

To reply, you need to log into your Expedia extranet account. You can use the same log-in details that you had before joining ZUZU. If ZUZU had created your existing listing on Expedia, you should have received an invitation email to create an account. Please contact the ZUZU Support Team if this is not the case.
