Every time a guest reviews your property on Booking.com, you will be able to post a response via your Booking.com extranet account. You can use the same log-in details that you had with your former Booking.com account before joining ZUZU. If ZUZU had created your existing listing on this Booking.com listing for you, you should have received an invitation email to create an account.
