*The ZUZU Payments page is only accessible by users with ZUZU log-in roles as hotel manager or back office. 


This is the section within HMS that contains all details of payments between ZUZU and your hotel. 


What hotel users can do on this page: 

  • Update the status of bookings which check-in dates have passed but are still in Confirmed or Confirmed modified status (Unverified Past Bookings)
  • Look up details of bookings which are in invoices that are “awaiting payment” or in “paid” statuses (Bookings pending reconciliation into an invoice)
  • Check details of current outstanding invoices (Invoices awaiting payment to/from ZUZU)
  • See when a payment to or from ZUZU was recorded (Invoices with completed payment to/from ZUZU)
  • Download current and past invoices with booking details
  • Search for invoices or bookings by Invoice number, ZUZU/Channel confirmation numbers, check-in date, booking-date, and booking status (Read more here)
