The Breakfast report allows for breakfast planning and cafeteria operations management by helping hotels understand:
- No. of breakfasts to prepare today and on upcoming days based on OTB reservations.
- Which reservations include breakfasts.
- No. of guests per reservation that are entitled to breakfast.
Things to Note:
- The no. of guests (entitled to breakfast) for an online booking is passed into HMS by the OTAs, based on the rate plan that has been booked.
- This detail for a manual booking is indicated by the hotel user when they are creating a new manual booking.
