View Cancellation Policy and Modifications

1. At the bottom of the booking card, drag the scroll bar to the right.

2. Past booking notes, you’ll see the cancellation policy card. Click to expand.

3. Past cancellation policy, you’ll see the history of Booking modifications (if any). Click to expand.



Understanding the cancellation text on the booking card


1. Cancellation policy

This is a short description of the cancellation policy that is applicable on this booking.  


2. Current cancellation status

This indicates the cancellation policy that is applicable to this booking at the current moment


Example: Assuming that a booking has a check-in date of 15 May and the cancellation policy is "Refundable up to 3 days before check-in", 

  • If the current date is 10 May (5 days before check-in), then the current cancellation status will be "Refundable"
  • If the current date is 13 May (2 days before check-in), then the current cancellation status will be "Non-refundable" 


3. Cancellation policy remarks

This is a full description of the cancellation policy that is applicable on this booking. 


4. No-show policy

This is the policy that will be applied to the booking if the guest does not arrive on the check-in date that is indicated on the booking card. Usually, this will follow the cancellation policy.

Click on the calendar icon next to the total net rate to see net rate breakdown by day (in the dropdown).
