1. Click on “Unacknowledged”.


2. Then select “Acknowledge” from the dropdown.


3. Booking is now acknowledged.


4. To revert, click on “Acknowledged” and select “Revert” from the dropdown.


This action results in the same outcome as checking the(radio button) on the Dashboard and All Reservations page.


Note: HMS does not send booking acknowledgments to OTAs. This is for internal tracking of bookings, modifications and cancellations only.
