Today, we made a significant update to how rates are displayed on the Booking Cards in HMS.

Moving forward, each reservation will feature the Gross Amount, representing the guest's payment for their stay.

  • For prepay channels, it signifies the amount the guest paid to the third party channel.
  • For postpay channels it represents the amount the property needs to collect directly from the guest.

This change ensures consistency of the rates displayed across all Booking Cards in HMS, irrespective of the booking channel.

The Net to Hotel amounts will remain visible in the detailed invoices, accessible for download from the ZUZU Payments page at the end of each billing cycle.
