The Room Revenue report provides an overview of the hotel’s performance based on the revenue generated by the hotel. This report contains two views - Room Revenue by Stay Date, and Room Revenue by Booked Date. Revenue is presented in both Gross Booking Value (GBV) and Net to Hotel (excluding OTA and ZUZU Fees).
The time grain can be adjusted so that the data can either be consumed in a day-by-day format, or grouped by week, months, quarters and years.
Report Filters
The filter selection is located at the top of the page. 
Period filter
Use this to select the time period of the data you would like to view.
Select different Range Types for your report:
- Last: Selecting this will retrieve data within the selected range up until yesterday.
- Previous: Retrieves data from the previous calendar range (ie. week, month, year)
- Custom: Allows the user to select the start and end date of the data with no restrictions. It is important to note that because Time factors into this filter, the end date must always be one day after the date that you want to view the data until. For example, to view data from 3rd to 14th December, you would select 3 Dec as the start date and 15 December as the end date.
Time grain filter
The most frequently used time grains are day, week, month, quarter and year.
Always remember to click on the master Apply button after changing the selected filters.
Downloads
The Room Revenue Report is a dashboard made up of individual charts. Each of the charts can be downloaded individually if users would like to view the data in an excel file.
How to download
Clicking on the three dots at the top right hand corner of each chart, which will produce a drop down list. Select Download > Export to. CSV
