Confirmation emails to guests who hold either manual or direct bookings can be retriggered from the booking card in HMS. 


Look for the email icon on the top-right corner of the main booking card and click on it. This will send a confirmation email with the latest details of the booking to the email address that has been saved under the Traveller Details section. 



If the email field has not been filled in, there will be an error message informing the user to update this.
