The Account Name field on the booking card allows hotels to update the account or company name associated with the booking. Users can either select an existing account from the drop down list, or create a new account by typing the company’s name into the empty field. 


The updated Account Name can also be viewed in the list view on the All Reservations page. To extract all the bookings associated with a particular account, simply use the filter found in the header row and generate a report.
