Just like HMS, the Hotel Website and Booking Engine sites support multiple languages. Clicking on the drop-down menu on the Hotel Content page will display all the languages which are available for guest-facing sites and communications. 


Each language’s text needs to be updated on its own Display Language template - it does not auto-translate. This means that manual input is required per template, if you would like your hotel’s content to be displayed in all the available languages. 


By default, at least the English and your hotel’s local language templates should be updated. If you would only like to work on updating one language and need help with translations, please reach out to the ZUZU Support Team and let us know how to assist. 


If a language template is not updated, it will show up in the English language on the various communication platforms.
