- An update from ZUZU revenue manager on highlights from last months and factors that influenced performance
The Monthly report, is refreshed on the 1st day of each new month, and shows
- Actualized (completed stay) room nights and revenue in the last 3 months, and year-to-date (YTD)
- On the books room nights and revenue, i.e. what has already been booked, as of the end of last month for stays in the current month and future months
- What was picked up last month for stays last month, current month and future months
- Recap on pickup definition - if 500 RNs were booked last month for stay in Oct, but 80 RNs (booked last month AND prior to last month) for stay in Oct were cancelled last month, then the pickup last month for stay in Oct is 500-80=420 RNs
