- Dirty – wait: Guest in this room is due to check-out today but is still in the room – do not clean room yet
- Dirty – hold: Room is dirty but should not be cleaned as it is not scheduled for cleaning today
- Dirty – to be cleaned: Room is dirty, to be cleaned but not to change linen
- Dirty – to be cleaned & change linen: Room is dirty, to be cleaned and linen to be changed
- Change linen: Change linen only, but do not clean the room
- Disturbed: Room might need only light cleaning as guest has checked into the room, but not stayed through the night
- Clean: Room has been cleaned, but linen has not been changed
- Clean – changed linen: Room has been cleaned, and linen has been changed
- Inspected: A clean room that has passed inspection and therefore ready for guest to stay (status is only displayed if Inspection is enabled in “Hotel configuration”)
