The Recent activity table shows bookings, modifications and cancellations made in the last few days.

For full bookings list, please go to All Reservations.



View and Acknowledge Bookings


1. Click on the Channel booking ID to open the Booking card.

  1. To see Booking card explanation and demo, please view Booking card.


2. Click on the radio button to acknowledge a booking (click again to reverse).

  • Note: HMS does not send booking acknowledgments to OTAs. This is for internal tracking of bookings, modifications and cancellations only
